QUOTATION PROCEDURE:

There are two ways you can receive a quotation.

Firstly, by printing off our on-line forms at www.simplytradewindowsanddoors.com, filling in the details and emailing them to quotes@simplytradewindowsanddoors.com and we will send your quotation by return. Arch frames and conservatory layouts should be drawn on a separate sheet. All frames should be viewed from outside. 

Secondly, by calling into our factory with your measurements/requirements and a Customer Service member will help you.

You receive your Quotation/Order Acknowledgement via email.

ORDERING PROCEDURE:

Placing an order with Simply Trade Windows and Doors is very simple and straightforward.

When you receive your Quotation/Order Acknowledgement via email, tick all the check boxes on the form to ensure that we have fully understood your requirements.

We try hard not to make any mistakes, but we cannot guarantee the Quotation/Acknowledgement doesn’t contain any. Please double-check before you sign as you are accepting it is accurate and taking responsibility for what we manufacture.

If there are any changes you wish to make, send the Quotation/Order Acknowledgement with the amendments but do not sign the paperwork. We will send a revised Quotation/Acknowledgement for you your approval.

Return the signed acknowledgement by email, on receipt of the 50% deposit the order will go into production. We cannot proceed with manufacture until we have received your signed Acknowledgement or payment.

To ensure accuracy, we do not accept quotations or orders over the phone.

Once you have placed your order, you’ll receive an email to confirm the details of your transaction. If you have any queries throughout the process, just call 01202 119 149 for assistance. An estimated delivery date based on the date of your order will be given.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES AND DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS:

If you require an order to be delivered, please ensure that we are notified of the address at the time of ordering, and before the order is signed off. Some delivery address may incur a delivery charge.

Our drivers are responsible for taking frames off the back of the lorry/van, however they are not expected to unload delivers by themselves or taking them into customer’s premises. Please ensure that you have enough people available to accept each delivery. Our drivers have our permission to bring frames back if no-one is available to accept a delivery, and frames returned to us in this way will be delivery back to you on the next scheduled delivery.

PAYMENT TERMS:

HOW TO PAY – all payments are o be made by BACS directly into our bank account (sort code 01-09-29, account number 06075619). We do not accept debit or credit card payments. Once a BACS payment has been made, please e-mail confirmation to orders@simplytradewindowsanddoors.com so that your account can be brought up to date. Please identify your BACS payment by using the job number that you will find on your order confirmation.

LEAD TIMES:

The lead times/delivery dates are our best estimate and are subject to change. We do not recommend you book installations until you have received and checked the goods.

SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS:

For special colours and any other special-order items, we require payment in full when the order is signed off for production.

EXTRAS:

For all one-off orders for miscellaneous items (commonly known as “Extras”), we require payment in full when the order is signed off.

At all times you are free to contact our Customer Services department to check on the progress of your order. Please have your Invoice number to hand, just call 01202 119 149.

TITLE OF GOODS:

The goods remain the property of the Company until payment has been received in full. The Company reserves the right to repossess any goods sold hereunder to the Buyer in respect of which payment is overdue and thereafter to re-sell the same and for this purpose the Buyer hereby grants an irrevocable right and license to the Company through its servants and agents to enter with or without vehicles upon all and any premises on which such goods may be situated. These rights shall continue to subsist notwithstanding the termination of this order whether through the happenings of any events. The removal shall be accepted by the Purchaser and the Company shall not in any event be responsible for any loss whatsoever arising from any such removal of goods.

GOODS RETURN:

Simply Trade Windows and Doors operates a 7 day returns policy if:

Goods are received damaged, goods are received faulty, or the goods are incorrectly specified (the goods do not match the specification on the order that was placed).

We regret that goods cannot be refunded just by choice as all goods are made to measure.

In the unlikely event goods are received damaged, faulty or incorrectly specified, please keep all original packaging and labels intact, then call our Customer Services number: 01202 119 149.

Collection will be arranged, and the goods will be replaced ASAP.
